Step 1 - Complete an accurate order

When you complete the order form, an email will be sent to us with the information you provide. At that time, our automated system will enter that information on pokerstars in anticipation of you doing the same. It's very important that the info you enter in the form is correct. Enter your exact Pokerstars username and the exact amount of T$ or W$ you wish to trade.

 

Step 2 - Trade T$/W$ menu

Once you have submitted your order through our trade form, log on to Pokerstars under the account you wish to have the Pokerstars T$/W$ or cash deposited in.

Using the menu at the top of the Pokerstars lobby screen, click on the "Requests" menu item. This will open a menu of several items. One of the items listed will be "Trade T$/W$". Click on this item.

Once you have selected the "Trade T$/W$" menu item, another menu will appear. You will then have the option of "Buy T$/W$" and "Sell T$/W$". If you plan to buy Pokerstars W$, select "Buy T$/W$" and if you plan to sell Pokerstars T$ or W$, select "Sell T$/W$".

 

Step 3 - Enter the info on Pokerstars

Once you have selected the proper menu item for the transaction you wish to complete, a screen with 4 options will appear.

These options are: "I would like to buy/sell", "buy/sell to", "T$/W$ amount" and "Price".

First select the type of currency in the I would like to buy/sell" option. Next, enter our Pokerstars username PSTW (Jackson) in the buy/sell to option. The final step is entering the EXACT amount of Pokerstars currency in the "T$/W$ amount" box and the EXACT amount of real money in the price box.

If the information that our "rate calculator" has given you does not match the information that you enter, the trade will not be completed.
